On the 29th April 2022, the Reading Promotion Team has invited Dr. Lee Yat Hong to be our honorable guest to deliver an online author talk during the Diverse Learning Interest Class for our S.1, S.2 and S.5 students. The theme for the author talk was “The Cultural Story of Japanese Anime - a tip about ‘Demon Slayer’. Dr. Lee aimed to use popular culture elements from the anime to spark students’ passion in learning the origins and the changes of Chinese and Japanese cultures and to further strengthen the cultural literacy of our students.
