On 29 March 2022, Tuesday, an online class for S4 students with the theme of "Mental Health under the Epidemic" was held by the school social workers, Mr Cheung Man Hong and Ms Ng Siu Chi. Social workers analysed the source of stress and the warning signs of emotions with students, which allowed reflections on the way to deal with stress be appropriate or not, and learned how to "be a relaxed and happy person".
