In the beginning of November, the Hong Kong Rugby Union visited our school and performed a school demo on the Inter-School Rugby Sevens Development Program. The coach first explained the development of rugby and the rules of a rugby match, then demonstrated an interesting rugby play for the students. This provided an opportunity for S 1 to S4 students to learn more about the techniques of the sport, and strengthened the co-operation and team spirit between them as well.
