In order to train new leaders for Clubs and Houses by improving their leadership abilities, ECA Team and school social workers hosted a leadership training day camp at our school hall on 14th November. A number of problem solving tasks were arranged and each of the leaders was required to design and lead one of the activities. They successfully gained their experiences and understood the importance of teamwork through different tasks. It is expected that after the training, leaders could bring what they have learnt into practice when organinsing events or activities.
