This sports-related career-oriented seminar was organized by Sports Legacy. The target of the plan is “Sport changes lives, making your Olympics dream come true”. Through various activities, it could bring positive impacts on students’ mental health and physical fitness. It was to nurture students’ perseverance and guide students’ discipline and character building. The guest speaker provided information about career in some sports institutions for S.5 and S.6 students, and shared the requirements and assessments. The students also actively asked and answered questions on that day, which benefited a lot.
