In order to have sustainable school development, all teachers improve themselves continually, a Self-evaluation workshop was held on 28 December during the school holidays. There were sharing in 4 aspects including, management, leadership, learning and teaching, and student performance. Through the self-evaluation, school development direction was formulated based on the “Planning-Implementation-Evaluation” cycle. There was a sharing on e-Learning sharing section and class observation review, teachers learned to make good use of classroom interactive board for learning and teaching, so as to enhance the interaction and effectiveness in classes.
