The first Teacher’s Development Day was held on 5 November 2021. Video Editing Workshop was held in the morning session, ICT teacher taught everyone about video cutting and editing skills by using iMovie. After that, teachers made their own videos and vote for the best work. Through the activities, they learnt from each other and improved their teaching effectiveness. Dr Tsang Wing Hong, the Associate Director of the Educational Innovation Leadership Project (EdILP) of The Education of Hong Kong (EdUHK), and the Project WeCan - Quality Education Development Programme, was invited to deliver a speech in the afternoon session. The speech was about the requirement and trends of education evaluation nowadays, and how to enhance teaching quality.
