Our school invited Hong Kong Evangelical Church School Services Team to hold a Cycling Esports on campus. The purpose was to let students experience different exercises under the pandemic. The coaches taught about specific knowledge and skills of individual sports. The purpose was to cultivate students’ perseverance and maintain good physical fitness. In addition, it aimed at improving overall sports performance and could promote cycling.
