The Interdisciplinary Week's Forensic Science Workshop "DNA Fingerprint Analysis" was successfully held, showcasing the charm of life sciences through a combination of theory and simulation experiments. Through the instructor's explanation of basic DNA concepts and structure, students enhanced their understanding of its applications in scientific research, medicine, and criminal investigation, and experienced methods for differentiating individuals through simulated experiments. The workshop was highly interactive, and participants appreciated the significance of technology for the judiciary, public health, and daily life. The activity disseminated life science knowledge, stimulated students' motivation to explore, strengthened their practical foundation in the discipline, and improved participants' scientific literacy.
