Interdisciplinary Week Activity- Guangdong Specialty - Ginger Milk Curd - The Magic of Enzymes

  Students applied their knowledge of biology and chemistry to understand the principles behind ginger milk curd, and personally made and attempted to create it using fruits containing proteases, such as kiwi and papaya, successfully completing the process. They experienced the deliciousness and comforting warmth of this traditional Chinese delicacy, admired the wisdom of their ancestors, and found joy in applying their knowledge.
