Interdisciplinary Week Activity- Stir-fried Ice Cream Challenge -Exploring Fruits and Vitamin C
Through interdisciplinary knowledge of biology, physics, and chemistry, students participate in making cold ice cream, creating their own ice cream, tasting it on the spot, experiencing the delicious taste, comparing the vitamin C content of different fruits, learning about the concepts of temperature and heat conduction in thermodynamics, and the physical property of heat absorption during the sublimation of dry ice, closely integrating daily life with scientific learning.
