On Wednesday, 5th March 2025, the Tourism and Hospitality Department, Chinese History Department, Economics Department, Geography Department and Life and Society Department jointly held a lunchtime event for Humanities Week, themed "Delicacies on the Tip of the Tongue." Through this event, students learned about the traditional snack culture of Hong Kong and its historical background; it deepened their understanding and appreciation of Hong Kong culture while allowing them to reflect on family values and express gratitude towards their elders.
