Our school participated in the inclusive and fun sitting volleyball experience organized by the Volleyball Association of Hong Kong, China. On the day of the activity, the coach started by explaining the background of sitting volleyball, so that students could have a deeper understanding of the origins of this sport. In addition, some interesting training games and challenges were conducted, and students were able to play the sport to allow them to further understand the importance of inclusive sporting activities.
