Our weightlifting team participated in the 2023 Hong Kong Bench Press Championship which was presented by the Hong Kong Weightlifting and Powerlifting Association. They got a fantastic result! 3T Shi YouXu (Teenage Group, 66KG 1st Place), 4T Diao HaiBin (Teenage Group, 83KG 1st Place), 5R Chen JunYang (Teenage Group, 66KG 3rd Place), 5R Lai Tsz Hung (Teenage Group, 66KG 2nd Place) and 6T Shi Ching Wing (Teenage Group, 93KG 1st Place). We hope they will continue to work hard and fight for glory for our school!
