he Hong Kong Lacrosse Association visited our school and performed a school demo on the Lacrosse skills. The coach first explained the development of Lacrosse and the rules of playing Lacrosse, then demonstrated an interesting Lacrosse play for the students. This provided an opportunity for S 1 to S5 students to learn more about the techniques of the sp01i, and built up the spirit of personal sports as well.
