Our school」oined a "Jump Rope for Heart Program" launched by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology. An online skipping competition was held for S 1 students, in order to disseminate the heart message to our young generation and encourage them to do regular exercise. The school wishes that students can adopt a heart healthy lifestyle through learning various skipping skills, thus reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.
