Mentorship program (making memory bottles)

Our school arranged the first mentoring program activity (making memory bottles) on 4th October. The School Guidance Team and Career Guidance Team planed an activity to make memory bottles. Students recalled their school life last year, including positive and negative emotions. They then made memory bottles themselves, shared them with each other in the mentoring planning group, and wrote cheering cards to encourage each other.

The social worker reminded the students to hold an emotion-related activity on 13rd September to bring out every memory and emotion, whether positive or negative, it is meaningful and can help you grow. At the same time, students also understand that they must affirm and accept their imperfect selves.

This activity is also a universal activity of the three-tier support model implemented by the Education Bureau. Schools will identify students in need of mental health support and then follow up.
